I have fair skin, blue eyes, and strawberry blond hair. I'm getting really bored with my usual make up, I love what I see on here, but I can't be doing anything drastic because where I am going to be living I need to be a little modest with my make up. Can anyone give me ideas of something new I can to, to spice up my make up look?

I don't know how your usual make up is so I can't really tell you much but what I do when I get bored of my "usual" makeup is just experimenting with what I have. Play around with some colors. If you can't wear dramatic makeup, like wearing bright colors, try wearing diffrent shades of neutrals. Theres a TON of neutral shades out there. If you want maybe you can wear just a hint of color to your look. It's really all about just experimenting with your makeup and being creative :)

sounds like me, except my hair is a little more ginger xD I find gunmetals and silver/grey metallics with a hint of blue can look subtle AND gorgeous with your hair, skin and eyes. If you have freckles, try peach colours on your eyes, lips or cheeks, try to do it on no more than 2 out of the 3 though, otherwise you will look like a peach xD
Have a look at the photos on my page, my hair is a little darker and redder than yours but I'm sure they'll suit you too, I have a few natural eye looks but you can also check out lip and cheek colours too! :)
Hope I helped :)

I think a bold lip is always a nice way to spice things up. A fuchsia or a cherry red would make things more interesting but manages to maintain a very classy effortless and fun feel to it if you keep the eyes simple a winged liner an neutral or no eye shadow. Here are some examples

if you go for neuteral looks all the time try your normal neutral look but with a colored eyeliner. or try a pop of color on the inner corner. Only go as bright as you feel comfortable with.
here is my take on spicing up a neutral look
