Hi Beauties. Im getting married this summer and I have no idea what kind of make-up to wear. style or colours..I would go the natural/classic route but not sure if it will go with my wedding. Let me start off by saying my wedding is like mixing the mad hatter's tea party and the circus together..with bright colours, candy buffet tables (and other foods lol) and my dress is a white knee length number that gets its puffy skirt from the loads of bright aqua tool underneath..make up ideas would be super appreciated please . Your wedding theme sounds like a lot of fun ! I think you should do a neutral eye with a pop of bright color . The neutrality of the eye lid will even out your lid and give a fresh look to your eye and a brown color only slightly darker then your skin tone to define your crease . The plus side of that is any color will look good against your eyeshadow . Since your theme is Mad Hatter tea party , perhaps instead of the usual black liquid liner or khol liner , use a nice aqua, green or a nice rich , bright purple and wing it out . Now if you want your lips to be the focus , a simple cat eye and perhaps a pretty purple lip color to accent the aqua in your dress . I hope this helps a little and congrats ! :3

A really helpful way to narrow this down is to produce an inspiration board with photo examples and clippings of your dress, venue, idea table setting styles, etc. to refine your overall concept and color schemes.
What you described sounds to me like a crafty/indie style wedding. Since you have a lot of color and textures going on around you, I would go the natural route [which I am always a fan of for weddings anyways!] just because many of the people I know that went the natural route have had no regrets looking back on their wedding photos. Many that are conservative by nature are always curious to go glamorous/dramatic on their weddings, and sometimes, they look back at their photos and it looks nothing like them and results in an unhappy client. [My friend's husband once said he didn't like their wedding photos because his wife did not look like the woman he fell in love with] His wife also felt self-conscious the entire night because she felt like a fish out of water worrying about how she looked more-so than the natural look she was able to demo with her MUA. Also, if you have so much going on around you, you'd stand out more if you had a clean and polished look without competing against your surroundings!
I can tell by your theme that you are more fun than what I consider "conservative" - so I would suggest you perfect a polished version of your daily look with just an accent of color [preferably your wedding theme color or which you favor most to go with your dress or bouquet]. You can always go for a polished statement lip or opt for your blush to give you the perfect bride glow if you keep it minimal elsewhere!
Not saying natural VS dramatic - there has to be one that is a better option than the other, but it's a lot to think about! Keep in mind, your comfort during the entire event is KEY, and you also need to consider upkeep throughout the day/night.
Congrats, and happy planning! =D

What a fun wedding! I bet you will be a beautiful bride! I think that you should use the Two Faced romantic eye palette! The colors are so gorgeous and feminine and perfect for a wedding! Plus, there is a bit of color added to the shades as well! I would totally add a pop of color to your lips, like a bright pink, for that fun look! And maybe a nice highlighter to give your skin that natural perfect glow! I wouldn't go too crazy, since your dress and your wedding theme are! :) a natural look will for sure go with the wedding! Have a great wedding, and share some pictures of your special day once it's over because I'd love to see what you chose!
