I've recently broke out on the upper part of my back and I definitely want it all cleared up before spring/summer, any suggestions on good products to use?

Neutrogena Body Clear is fantastic! You can always get the off-brands...I know for a fact that CVS's works wonders and has the same ingredients for a fraction of the price.

I agree Neutrogena products are GREAT !! but simple tea- tree oil could work to clear it up also ( the smell is very strong though)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the neutrogena grapefruit body wash! It is fairly expensive so I use a regular body wash on a loofah all over my body, then I use just a small small dollop of neutrogena on a loofah and put that all over my back, chest, and shoulders. I let that sit for a minute while I wash my face and such, then rinse off. I love it though!

You can try out the Purify Bath Gel from The Bath Cube. It is designed exactly for your acne problem in the back. It contains cedarwood and most importantly, tea tree oil for the blemishes. I have not used this myself (I'm currently using their Sooth/Lavender bath gel), but my friend does and she said it works great. Hope this helps!
