If you want to make your lips look bigger use a pencil just outside your lips natural line. Then use a creamy textured lipstick with a gloss. Generally matte lips create the illusion that they are smaller while glossy lips create the illusion they are bigger.

I agree with April. Even if you don't overdraw the lip, using a liner on the very edge of the lip line is going to define your lips. Use a light-medium lipcolor, and a shiny or sparkly gloss in the center of the lip. This catches the light and makes lips appear fuller. Also try using a highlight or light eyeshadow on the cupid's bow. Of course, staying hydrated and using lip balm helps keep your lips plump and healthy!

Also apply a brown eyeshadow under the middle of your bottom lip, but just a little. It creates the illusion of a shadow from your lip.

Exfoliate your lips with a wet toothbrush, washcloth, or sugar scrub. Apply lip balm, line your lips, put your favorite nude lipstick, and an off white dot of eyeshadow on your cupid's bow. (The little circle above your lips. You can also apply lip gloss on the center for a subtle shine :) these tips always work for me. I have a video on it if your interested :) it is called how to: in the nude lips. I also have a video on how I exfoliate them to get rid of dead skin cells :)

apply your regular lipstick/lipgloss. then apply a really shiny lip gloss to the center of your bottom lip. it will make them appear pouty & plump. :)

I have a video on this! It is basically just saying what everyone else has already said which is apply the more noticeable color or shiny gloss to the center of the lip. I used the Covergirl Blast Flipstick though and I found that it is an amazing product for making your lips look fuller and the colors look really nice on their own as well. Hope this helps some = )
