Easy cut/style for fine, thin hair

Hi all! I need advice for choosing a new hair cut please. I have long, fine, fairly thin hair. All the dye and most of the layers have grown out ages ago so I pretty much get to start from scratch! *happy claps* I'd like to keep it long and I have like zero time to fuss with it in the mornings. Any suggestions for how to cut or quick style it to look fuller? I so envy girls with masses of curls and waves. Maybe a *gulp* perm of some sort? Thank you SO much in advance!!

A wave perm wouldnt be bad they are hard to come back from imo. Also layers are our best friend i have the same type of hair and i love layers they deffinitely help make your hair look fuller !! Also letting your hair air dry helps a ton i notice when i blow dry mines its actually a lot more limp comparerd to when i let it air dry!!
