Do u ever try Japanese Base make-up?
I love lunasol foundation.Lanasol is one brand of Kanebo Company.
The texture of this foundation is so lightweight on the skin that it doesnt feel like a foundation. It really works when I apply this for a natural look :)

I love makeup from japan! Their drugstore products are very pigmented and almost cream like. Only downside is that most of them are shimmery and have glitter. I don't think any of my palettes from Japan are matte.
