I really like MAC's 263 angled brush. It is just thin enough to create a percent line! :) I hope that helped!

Here's a few of my favs:
- ULTA Angled Brush
- POSH Eye Trio (one end has lash/brow comb and the other is the angled brush)
I have a cream eyeliner in black by e.l.f. and it came with a brush. The brush isn't the best, but it works pretty well with the product if you wash it after you use it because it cakes on and bends the cheap brush. ULTA's brushes are of professional quality and are pretty nice. I own 2 ULTA brushes (angled brush and small eye shader brush) and they are soft and nice. POSH is an inexpensive line of cosmetic brushes that are high quality. They are really nice and cheap for its quality! If you buy online, I think theres a code (cc123) 50% off. It's so much more expensive online (idk why) but I got mine at kmart for about $5-7 per brush.

I love my MAC 263 for gel liner, and love my Ecotools angled liner brush for my brows! It's a great cheap alternative with soft but stiff brush hairs. It's a bit thick for my lining needs, but I know many that love it for both. =]

For gel liner i use a craft store brush, because is really fine and I have the control of what I'm doing, angled brushes i only use them with eyeshadow, the one brush I luv by mac is the 211 brush.
Orthe MAC 263 too, because is synthetic and i can make really fine lines with that one also and you can use it with gel, an eyeliner pencil, eyeshadow, you name it, it will have its original shape after a while which I luv fro brows :)

Yeah craft tore brushes or more likely to be called "Painting Brushes"
they work really well, you just have to look around in a craft store like Michael's or a similar store.
