Hey I dont know much about this product but it could be purgung.Infact I got several deep cleansing or acne facials and it really cleared up my skin.I have no forehead pimples anymore and no pimple on cheeks. No redness just some acne marks and maybe a few on my chin. However if you do choose to do it just expect your pores to purge and be red for a couple of days after ur first treatment.
They will recommend products for your skin, give you tip, tell you what kind acne you have for instance mine was surface acne and they''ll sometimes make skincare product for you for post scarring and redness. For right if the product you are using is working then it is purging your pores.Just be patient.

Whether your new products are "purging" or not, you should not be getting cystic acne. You should stop the use immediately and see a dermatologist. Because you can't "pop" a cystic acne lesion, you need a doctor to prescribe a treatment plan. Cystic acne breakouts occur may result in scars. Prescription antibiotics and red light LED (light therapy)are very helpful. Your doc may also prescribe a steroid cream to help speed up the process. Don't worry too much, while I'm sure you were happy with most of the results from your new products, it may be better to go on a home care regimen monitored by an esthetician or dermatologist.
