I know this store can be a little intimidating, but seriously? J'adore! I'm not goth or scene or ANYTHING. It's just good makeup! Seriously, I can't get enough of this brand! I want to know if I'm the only person? I mean, I'm an adventurous person, and this makeup is perfect! It's incredible quality, and such a great price! I love everything they have to death! They have the best eyeliners I've ever happened upon, and I will never turn back! I just love everything they sell. It's a really great alternative to all the high end brands. Like mac, limecrime, sugarpill, smashbox, nars, ect. GET YOUR WARPAINT ON IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY!!! ^.^

I think it's just because people overdo it. But if you use it the way you're supposed to, it's fantastic! I love it to death, but some people are like "ew, goth makeup". :) But I love it.

Soo interesting, Hot Topic was goth turned scene turned raver. I guess Ravers need make up that lasts too! Hehe. I'll have to check this out sometime.

I haven't tried it myself, but I had a friend who used some of their eyeshadows and it always looked great. The pigments are really bright too which I personally love. I think people are turned off because they assume it will be like costume makeup. It's really not! :)

Exactly Rachel! It's really good quality makeup, and I love it. It may not be for everyone, but those who like to have fun will really enjoy this.
And Mindy, I know what you mean. It's kind of hard to get past their reputation, but I honestly can't live without their eyeliner. Their store is the holy grail of cheap good quality makeup if you ask me! ^.^

I work at an HT in Canada, and I have to say I absolutely adore the new Warpaint line of makeup we got in. The only thing I haven't tried yet is the Warpaint nail polish, but that's definitely on my list. The pencil eyeliner, glitter eyeliner, rollerball eyeshadow, pressed shadow, lip syrup and even fragrances are all amaaazing. Especially for their price. The pencil eyeliner in particular, I have to say is a lot like the NYX glide-on pencils.

I know this topic is really old, but I spent quite a bit of money on this brand today. IT WAS JUST ALL SO REASONABLY PRICED!! So I'm glad to see that some others on here really like it.

The only thing I;'ve tried so far is a few nail polishes, and I love them! They also have a couple brushes I picked up (they were cute!)
I havent tried any of the actual cosmetics yet, but I'm sort of dying too! I'm especially drawn to their line of colored eyeliners, looks like I'm gonna have to give it a try!!!

their nail polish is awful and their liquid eyeliners are too transparent. I was not impressed at all with this brand.

Awesome! I haven't tried the blush. I'm not much of a blush person unless it's like, purple or orange or bubblegum pink. Just, unnatural colors, I suppose. :P Gonna have to try that out!

I've used Hot Topic's eyeshadows and loved them. They're very bright and they last. I've had mine for a few years and can barely see the bottom of the pot. The pink and red stain my eyelids a bit, but I don't mind.

I LOVE WARPAINT! I stumbled upon the brand when my hot topic was doing its super clearance sale to make room for new merchandise and snagged liners, eyeshadows, and a brushset for 10$! I was also REALLY impressed by the quality of the brand and how their stuff was bright and pigmented for a reasonable price!

@ Kayli- My hot topic had green and black lipstick! I haven't tried them out but if their on sale they are about 1$ so that's not a bad price to try out a new product!

I bought hair extensions that they had there ( a bit off topic lol) and I am pretty impressed with them! It's hard to find colored clip in extensions that look like my hair rather than barbie "hair" lol

@Brieanna S. Well, I guess it depends on the person. I actually love sticky lipglosses. Means they're longer lasting. I don't have ginourmous standards as far as lipgloss goes. I mean, my favorite it Revlon Superlustrous, but I'm not going to compare everything to that. Lipgloss is lipgloss, lol. I've been wearing it all my life. >.<
@LeeAnn B. I know I LOVE the extensions!!! I wouldn't dare flat iron or curl them or anything, but they are great! They look as natural as bright colored crazy striped hair is going to, haha. They're a fantastic price too! :D
