I have ALWAYS had this problem with my ends. They are always frizzy, and just completely dry, and i've tried EVERYTHING I know to help it stop, it also NEVER grows, it goes to my shoulders and stops, i've been taking biotin, and other vitamins, but nothing helps, and i've always wanted long hair. Too this point i'm open to try anything anyone has to give me.

one of my friends swears by pure olive oil. she always would get a trim and apply on EVOO alllll over her ends and layers that same day. she would leave it in her hair as long as possible, like a lazy sunday and wash it out only with warm water. During this time she put it up in a loose clip and shower cap so the oil wouldn't ruin her clothes and whatnot. From my experience, DO NOT put it on your scalp because you will have greasy looking hair for days after even if you shampoo 17 times. It really helps to soften the ends and leaves them really hydrated. I would recommend this since it's super inexpensive and all natural. Another thing you can try is to brush your hair thoroughly before bed. Brushing your hair (product-free of course) will help redistribute your natural oils from your scalp and really aid your hair in adding shine and moisture. Hope this can help!! :)

getting your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks is a big deal because if you dont your ends curl up and dry out (unless you're super into conditioning them) so that's one, and also when you do condition your hair leave it in for 4-6 minutes while you shave your legs or something. oh, and i'm using this tresemme conditioner its innexpensive the only reason my mom bought it..) and my hair feels like heaven and super soft haha (it has a salon pump too;D)

If your ends are too dry causing them to split, use moisturizing products.. PROFESSIONAL products... they are that price for a reason. Doing treatments once a week with moisture and protein will really help as well, cheap products high in silicone only mask the problem..
