So I want some straight-up metallic gold and silver nail polish. I don't want sparkles, or weird sheens. I want metallic. Like legit silver and gold. I've never in my whole life seen any, but I need some. Like, I'm obsessed. So, brand and color. Thanks!

I know you can buy foils to put on your nails fora truly metallic, mirrored finish, but I've never bought them so I'm not sure where to get it. Probably online. =\

If you want mirror finish then as Dylan said you should go for foils but if your just looking for a plain metallic varnish then Barry M do great foils for a really reasonable price. I did a blog post about it a while ago

Hmm... Carly-Ann I really like those Barry M ones, but I don't think you can buy those in America... At least, I've never seen that brand here. :P And I guess I'll ask my nail teacher about foils once we get on to nails. Right now we're just learning the basics of everything. I only started like, three weeks ago, haha. I had to jump in at the start of the term. But we'll see. I would love to learn how to do foils! I'll post a picture of what i was thinking of. It probably was foils...

@Kassie I think you might be thinking of Celeb City, it's an awesome silver, I hesitated to mention it because it's quite sparkly, but it does look metallic for sure.

I'm thinking more metallic, than glittery. But thanks for the info Dylan. :)

Nicole by OPI Give Me the First Dance is probably the most true straight-silver I've seen (not a foil). Zoya Trixie is an amazing metallic silver foil and OCC Spanglemaker is also an insane metallic silver foil. Good luck!
