Im a do-it-yourself-and-save money-kind-of-girl. Whats the deal with gel nails. I really want to try them because I dont want to do acrylic because of how harsh it is to your nails. Where can I pick up gel nail supplies?

Gel nails are supposed to last a lot longer (and from what I've heard they DO) and when you want to remove them you have to soak them off. I've been seeing gel nail supplies a lot recently- I've seen them at Ulta and Sally's to name a couple. I hope they work out for you. Someone I know got them and they stayed on FOREVER!! They were on her toes and they stayed on till they grew out so much they just looked like french tips! I change my nails too often for them to be right for me, but I have heard you can paint over them... That might be cool. Good luck!
