Try Maybeline instant age rewind. It's awesome for puffiness and dark circles. And it doesn't settle in fine lines.

I have dark circles and broken caps around my nose and I use Laura Geller The Real Deal Concealer. Just a tiny bit will cover my problem areas. If you do get it, the package says "shake well" but that's impossible due to it being tightly packed in a tube. So I knead the tube a little before I use it.

I have bad dark circles. I use the Bobbi Brown concealer and corrector. For a drugstore concealer I really love the NYX Concealer In A Jar.

I have Benefit Erase Paste and it does an alright job. I have purple/blue circles and they do get brightened up. Your best bet would be to get a corrector and then use a concealer on top.

Studio finish my MAC for a highend and if you want drugstore, I would recommend the Maybelline instant age rewind (the one with the weird spongey top)
