E.L.F. Primer?? Heeelppp!!!!

So I need a new eye primer. I usually use Bare Minerals Prime Time Eye Primer but honestly I do not feel like paying $18.00 right now. I've looked up cheaper primers and I saw one with E.L.F for ONE WHOLE DOLLAR! Now I know about the whole quantity and quality thing but I've heard reeeaaally good reviews on it. Has someone used this primer before? Please let me know ASAP! Thanks. Smooches! <3

i absolutely LOVE the elf primer i think it works great especially with mineral eyeshadows! They also have a mineral primer for 3 dollars ive heard its a little bit better then the 1 one but ive never tried it

I've used the $3 one and I'm not a huge fan. However, I'm not the biggest fan of UDPP as well. I prefer my paint pots but I feel like the 2 primers (elf and udpp) are very similar!
