Believe it or not, the only thing that has ever worked for me is the Avon one...ugh....I can't think of the name of it and I don't have it in front of me...I will look at the packaging when I get home and edit this post. Wait, that and the garnier roller ball one. I use the dark circle one and the concealing one--the concealer really does cover up my undereye circles!
I have tried so many things to cover them, peachy/salmon concealers and the whole nine. This is the best I have found (so far!)
Best of luck!

I use Bobbi Brown Corrector (Porcelain Peach is the shade I use); it's worked quite well. I've also read good things about Eve Pearl Salmon Concealer.

You should try Mary Kay concealer as well as the Mary Kay Foundation Primer
This must-have foundation accessory perfects skin as it enhances foundation benefits and extends wear. Glides on
like a dream so makeup applies smoothly and blends easily. Its patent-pending, oil-free gel formula is mineral-enriched
to absorb oil and diffuse light for skin-perfecting benefits. Dries to a lightweight, matte finish and can be used with any
Mary Kay® foundation.

i'd look into kat von d's tattoo concealer. that stuff is thick but blends nicely and covers dark circles well (just not tattoos!)
