Hi , could someone advice me something that I could substitute for eye primer? So that i could easily hold on to when i run out of eye primer.

Cream shadows. Many companies now make cream shadows that can be used as primers. NYX, Wet 'n' Wild are two of the less expensive ones.

Yasmin is right, cream shadows work amazingly! You just have to be careful because a lot of them crease very easily. I find revlon and covergirl (especially lash blast) crease a ton. NYX is amazing!!! You can also use your concealer. Not all concealers have the right consistency to be used as an eye primer but you might as well try! =]

Liquid concealers! They make shadows stick great. Try using a more dry formula. I find that matte concealers tend to work the best. :D

yeah agreed, use you concealer, and if you eyelids aren't oily, then try some foundation, but very lil...
NYX is really good with their jumbo eye pencil, great on the go :)
gel liners work really good too, the problem with them is once they set they don't move, so if you don't blend things fast, tends to look a it funny :))

Here's a inexpensive DIY primer idea: Take any liquid concelor that you have on hand and mix it in with any kind of body butter! It's super cheap and handy when you run out of eye shadow primer. Has anybody heard about this? I hope this helps! :)

I've never heard about that Cynthia, but I'll try it out because I have concealer and body butter lol

I have used liquid concealer before, and that works wonders. You can get a cheap liquid concealer at a drugstore that costs around $2-$13 more or less.
But if you want something that says "I'm a legit primer" that you can find in a drugstore I will recommend Decrease by L'oreal it's about $8-$9. I've had this product and I liked it but I find it difficult to cheat on my Too faced insurance primer.
