I was doing makeup for a friends wedding when suddenly her little girl spilt Coke over my Kryolan eyeshadow palette (thats $230 worth by the way. lol.). It was my fault for placing it on a low table but live & learn as they say. Have you ever had a 'fail' moment when it comes to makeup/beauty?

So sorry! That sucks, especially the awkward moment that follows when you try to figure out if mom is gonna replace it. (I am a mom, and I would replace it if my kiddos did that...)

I do this to my own stuff lol I just dropped my fave bronzer, which was already broken...it's gotta be the fourth or fifth time I have dropped it! I am a klutz, what can I say?

I was painting my nails once...and I accidentally spilled half a bottle of my base coat. I hate wasting things, and this could have been avoided! Haha I'm so clumsy sometimes.

I managed to save some of the eyeshadows...lucky :p Her mum did offer to replace it which was nice of her, but I said no :p

Nothing worse when you spill something you love. It is a waste! and to think, that after I wrote this topic, I go ahead a spill my fave Revlon eyeshadow (its so old I don't think they make it anymore) on my coffee table. I saved most of it. lucky haha

Before I had purchased a bench for my vanity area, I was too lazy to stand so I would just sit on the floor in front of my door mirror and get ready when I went out. I use a perscription called Differin, and I would always put it on before my moisturizer before putting on makeup, to create a barrier on my skin. I would always rush back and forth into my bathroom to get stuff, and on one day I left the tube of differin (which is like $50) on the floor, and managed to step on it, and it all shot out on the floor. I was so ma at myself. Lol.
