it's this Saturday and I'm wearing a really pretty vibrant blue dress with light gold sparkly peep toe sling backs.. hair is pin straight cause the dress has a lot of ruffles goin on.......HELP

how about your favorite light shade in the inner corner and half the lid bottom and top then a dark shade in outer corner (doesn't have to be blue but u can incorporate it in the dark shade) then blend it up into your crease in a smokey fashion. Apply a light shade under brow bone. Line top lid with black and apply lashes if needed otherwise your fav mascara.
