I think Hard Candy Sheer Envy Primer is nice. As for foundation, I can't even bother, hah. Well, I liked Sonia Kashuk's tinted moisturizer, but over all, I prefer high end face products. Drugstore mascaras all the way! I love Prestige My Biggest Lashes.
I'm anti buying cosmetics from animal testing companies, which is majority of drugstore companies. I don't like drugstore eyeshadows very much. Revlon lipsticks are good for the price, I think.

Check out Rimmel moisture renew lipsticks in coral shimmer, vintage pink, and latino, they are so awesome. Milani eyeliners, eyeshadows, and bronzers are great. Surprisingly, Wet n' Wild has stepped there game up with all their products. Most of their $4 eyeshadow palettes are better than the $40 Mac palettes that has been released this year. No joke! Maybelline has the best drugstore mascara, I love the Falsies Flared.

Most of the brushes and powders are too!! Some of the less expensive colors used to have problems with color payoff but these days most of the companies like Wet n Wild have really upped their game. I can spend hours in Duane Reade or CVS...
