I have the urban decay one but its trash. I use some shea butter I get from the Africans when I start my makeup so by the time I'm done my lips are soft an the excess dry skin is visible and comes off with a clean wipe.

None. I'm like Keshonta, I apply a lip balm when I start my makeup. When I do feel I need a "primer" on my lips, I use my foundation to create a neutral base.
