To create the illusion of fuller lips, rub the side, not the pointy tip of your lip-liner along the borders of your lips. Use a color that is a tad bit brighter than natural.

Forget MATTE OR CREAM LIPSTICKS for this look. It's all about the GLOSS!! Use a super shiny gloss with reflective, shimmery particles. It helps make lips appear plumper and voluptuous!

There are so many other tricks for pouty lips. This was just one I wanted to share.
