What do you buy backups for?

i'm a dope. i buy back up polishes a lot, only because i go through them hella faster than make up! especially limited edition ones, like the new china glaze holos (but then i was disappointed :\).

is that one of those mix your own concealer palettes? if so, do you find yourself using all the colors & would you recommend it to someone super pale?

Yes, I use -most- of the colors on there. The ones I don't use is the purple corrector & the lightest one because it's practically a white, lol. I barely use the pearl highlight because of my oily skin, but I do for going out & stuff. I bought it specifically to highlight/contour & to cover blemishes. The darkest one is great for a deep contour & the other 2 dark ones are good for a matte bronzer type thing.
I'm an NC25 & I find that the the bottom 2 on the 4th row match my skin the best.

The lightest ones are REALLY light - I believe they're lighter than NC15. When swatched, they're like a tinted white! lol I recommend it to everybody who's open to cream highlighting/contouring. I find it lasts longer too. :D
