OK SOOOOO I have tried LOTS of lip moisture's old school, new school remedies, and NOTHING is helping . I'm starting to wonder is this a sign of a more serious condition. Could my body be telling me I'm suffering from dehydration? Are there any products you guys can suggest???

try exfoilating your lips then apply a moisturizing lip product.
If you think your skin is dehydrated then pinch yourself.
if you skin bounces back then you are NOT dehydrated,
I learned that from a doctor.
Best of luck.

I have extremely dry lips, and it doesn't help that they're big too, so there's more surface area that makes contact with the harsh conditions of the wind/weather... Mine crack, get flakey and peel almost on a weekly basis - kind of like a snake shedding skin... [gross, I know]
Don't use menthol/mint products. Carmex and anything of the sort will dry it out even more. I used Blistex's Complete Moisture [the blue one] - and I loved it a LOT, but I msplaced it and found myself at an Ulta and grabbed a Badger brand lip balm in Poetic Pomegranate [Decided to try something organic] and I AM IN LOVE. I don't know how life ever existed until I found this: http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?skuId=2144708&productId=xlsImpprod600112&navAction=push&navCount=1&categoryId=cat90012#sku2223423
It's organic, paraben free - and my first experience using ANYTHING with seabuckthorn, but I'm ADDICTED now. If you ever have the chance, try it! Hope that helps. =)

My lips have been crazy dry all winter long. I bought Jack Black from Sephora and it really does work. HUGE FAN!!! Nothing has worked for me until this amazing product. I used it for 2 days and there was a huge difference. My lips arent cracked anymore, and they stopped peeling.

You could also try a lip scrub from LUSH. They have a lot of different flavors, I love Bon Bon. I use it all the time :D. Good luck!

If you use LUSH's bon-bon lip scrub, remember to lick your lips first so the sugar doesn't crumble all over the place... no one told me, so my first time using it was awfully messy... =/
