So youtube emails me and offers me partner on one of my videos, I read the copyright rules, and I had pictures of JLO in the video! well this means: I am stupid!! I had to delete the video and reupload it, therefore it now has zero views again. I could cry...

You do realize that you didn't necessarily need to delete the video? You could have added a disclaimer onto the video stating you were using the pictures are a reference under US Copyright Laws on Fair Use.

Ya but it says in the agreement there are no exceptions. and they can delete your account if they find out. i dunno...that would suck if thats a fact though.
