Is it true that Liquid Foundation can give you dark spots.?

I have never heard that before and I do use liquid foundation.

The only way foundation can give you dark spots if you are allergic to something in its formula. I've tried tons of different foundations in different coverage and NEVER had this problem! hope this helps

No it's not true. If it were there would be millions of women with dark spots all over their faces for the last 50 or so years. Dark spots are caused by either damage to the skin, age or sun exposure. Liquid foundation does not cause damage to the skin unless there where chemicals in it that the person was allergic to, as Shakia mentioned above, and continued to use the product regardless of being allergic to it.
