The Naked palette is a great traveler - great range of neutrals for many every day/night looks. Just throw in a dark matte black and brown and you're set. =)

I would agree the Naked palette is great because you can do so many looks with it. It is also not to big so it will not take up to much room. :)

Yea I definitely agree about the Naked palette. Or you could always get a small Z-palette that fits about 9 MAC shadow refills and customize the perfect palette for your trip!

I also recommend the Naked Palette from Urban Decay. So compact and has a variety of neutral colors that you can choose from along with some darker shades if you want to go a bit more dramatic. Also you can create your own quad palette with MAC and choose some of your favorite neutral shades.
Forever 21 sells some really inexpensive makeup bags which are also super cute that you can fit a lot of makeup in as well and help protect from accidental cracks. :D
