I also think a people in your area section would be cool so we could meet people face to face who have the same passion for makeup that live near us.
Something else that was brought up in a recent thread was a beauty pin pall of sorts, where people of one area could contact people of another area and swap make-up, ie someone from Japan and someone in Spain could trade makeup.
If a message board was set up specifically for the purpose of trading, I think that would be awesome!!!!

And also I would love it if there were a section dedicated to different locations (ex. US [or ever further break it down by states/region], Germany, etc.) that way we can interact with those that live near us.

Allow us to submit articles. I saw a topic on this and I think it would be an AWESOME idea!! Obviously beautylish wouldn't have to use all of them, but just give us a chance to at least try. I would be interested in writing a few articles and sharing what I know. Maybe they wouldn't even get posted but a chance would be nice!

I agree... it would be great if there was a chat room area. Also if we had an option to for IM'ing (being able to have it on or off... so this way if you cant chat with people you have it off). We all have one thing in common... we love beauty. It is so nice to meet people that have the same hobbies.

Oh.. it might also be cool if we could join different groups -- these could be either separate forums or chat rooms or anything -- based on our interests. For example, professional makeup artists, organic makeup junkies, redheads (hehe), etc. It'd be easier to find others with our interests that way and network. :D

I think if we had different sections for the Beautylish Talk. We could have a nail polish section, hair care, skin care, etc.. It would be easier to find a certain topic you are looking for. I heart beautylish either way!! <3
