I need a good train case that is spacious and reasonably priced for a shoot. Does anyone know of a nice one that won't break the bank? I've looked at a few and I feel that the NYX ones are overpriced and most I've found are not big enough. Any recommendations?

Check out the Caboodles brand (also sold at target). There are different sizes with a variety of designs that look very professional. I think its reasonably priced and is durable and works great. Im not too sure how big of a train case you are looking for but you should definitely check those out. Hope this helps!

MAC cases are expensive, but are worth the money -- especially if you plan on doing a lot of on-location photoshoots. I have the one from several years ago (I can't speak for the most current model) and it has lasted through it ALL. I think the one I got was around 225, but it was an investment. If you're a make-up artist you can always claim it as a tax deduction. ;]

@Ana where did you find the case? I don't see it on the site.

Most MAC flagship stores will have them... and it should be available online. The problem with the new ones is that it's not so convenient w/ its lift-off top.
Train cases are terribly heavy though... I have one, and as cute as it is, it's awfully heavy. I'm thinking of purchasing a tool/tackle box made of heavy duty plastic instead for jobs. It doesn't look as cute, but definitely better for someone needing something lightweight and durable.

Yeah I was thinking about one of those artist backpacks or the glamcor set bag because of the weight issue. If you find a good tool box let me know!
