You should try Omega eyeshadow from MAC. It's dual purpose, since you can use it for both our eyes and brows, and it's a great color for those w/ lighter brow hairs.

Any sort of cool or ashy brown tends to work well with blonde hair.
Omega, Copperplate & Brun are frequent MAC shades that I use - looking up dupes of them may find you some alternatives as well. :]

Also, if you're coloring your hair I've heard a bazillion times to "never bleach your eyebrows." I say PSHHHHHHHHHH to that, I bleach my brows too. My hair is so light I need to or it'd look strange. I just make sure I to watch the bleaching process like a hawk! I tone them, too, since I don't want them to be redish.
To deinte/fill them in I've been using Benefit's Brow Zings in Light.

I would not bleach my eyebrows lol, i don't like the fact that I might over do it and end up looking like I have no eyebrows haha.

Haha, yea.. it can be scary to do stuff like that. I've been really lucky to get good results without having had any formal training or anything. The Benefit product I mentioned is really cool because it comes in different colors, has the perfect little brush (and tweezers- but those kind of suck), but the best part is the powder comes with a wax to set your brows in place.
When I'm going for a more dramatic look I've used a regular old brown eyeliner (I actually just use Wet N Wild) or else I'll use MAC's Brown Script matte eyeshadow and my angled eyeliner brush to sweep on more color. Hope you find something that works for ya!

i usually will use elfs medium brow kit, or just a eyeshadow that matchs my hair colour slightly, i dont think u have to spend more money on "brow" products, eyeshadows are perfect and also pencils work great too but they can be a little harsh, you just have to find what works for you.

I drew over my eyebrows the other night with my Bobbi Brown eyeliner in brown and I walked into my bedroom and my boyfriend says your makeup looks good. I was shocked because my eyebrows, to me, looked really dark in comparison to my hair. So I asked if he even noticed my eyebrows, and he didn't :/ lol

Maybelline's Define-a-Brow pencils have a light blonde shade that may work for you. I use the medium-blonde shade for my brows. It's great and affordable!

LOL ..if he didn't notice them, that means they didn't look bad. Take it as a compliment. ;]

i would suggest mayb not using a gel liner on your eyes if u dnt want something too harsh i would stick to eyeshadow, maybe a pencil.

Yeah I went out and got the Maybelline define-a-brow that was suggested, in the dark blonde cos that's as light as it comes in I think, well that was the lightest I could find. And Maybelline was the only one I could get my hands on out of all the things that were suggested which sucked lol
