Chanel Aqualumiere is sheer-medium coverage. I tested it out yesterday since everyone keeps talking about it but it's great for people who only need little coverage. I like a full coverage foundation so I would say try MAC Pro Longwear foundation or even Laura Mercier silk foundation. It's 42 for the tube but it is amazing stuff.

will the MAC stuff break me out?

I have extremely sensitive skin and I have been using the MAC Pro Longwear foundation for months now and haven't had a break out. Ask for a sample and see how it works for you.

Is there a particular reason you're after full coverage?
The only reason I ask is because I've had this question a lot at the counter and most people (even me with my hyperpigmentation) can get away with concealer & a medium buildable coverage which still gives a very polished look but it tends to look a lot more natural.
If you have time, I'd suggest hitting up your favourite department store/boutique and get a bunch of samples to see what meets the needs of your skin. I'd recommend looking at Clinique, Cover FX, MAC, Make Up For Ever, Maybelline or Revlon. As far as Chanel goes, their MatLumiere is the highest coverage they offer.. but I don't feel it's full.

Dermablend Cover Creme can cover everything and anything. I don't know if you'd want to use it on your entire face but you could definitely cover whatever you want on your cheeks and blend out!

You can try the MUFE Full Cover concealer. It's helped me cover my insane blemish problem AND it's waterproof so it lasts and lasts.
Hope this helps!

For full coverage and a matte effect I would try Estee Lauder Double Wear. I put it on a girl with a lot of acne and acne scarring and she was amazed how it covered everything.
