Weirdest places they sell makeup!!

Did you know they sell makeup & perfume at Payless? I never go there, but I haven't been able to find dress shoes for my dd and I checked it out.
I was shocked to see they sell Makeup, LOL!!!
I find that to be HILARIOUS!!

I went into Payless to buy slippers and I was shocked also to see the makeup line they had there. The cashier was trying her best to sell me the products but I wasn't sold lol.

I remember when they launched their makeup line last year. In fact it was one of my first blog posts. I really hated their products since their shadows burned my eyes and I tried two different palettes - the one I won and one I bought. Hopefully in the last year they improved their shadows.
