What is the best way to fill in eye brows and whats are some great products to do so.

I use Anastasia Perfect Brow Pencil on my eyebrows for a more defined look. I make sure to use a light hand and small strokes to fill them in, using a spooly to neaten them up.

Sometimes I use a brown eyeshadow for a softer look. I follow up with a spooly too.

If you're looking for a drugstore brand, I use the Milani brow pencil. It has a spooly brush on the opposite end of the pencil on it! I love it.  http://j2mbeauty.blogspot.com/2010/12/tag-2010-naughty-and-nice-list.html

For a drugstore brand, I use Maybelline Define a Brow. It works super great! I really don't like spending a ton of money on department brow pencils so thats where I turn to Maybelline :)

if you want to get something affortable not expensive at all i suggest the eyebrow kit from nyx comes with 2 shades of brown shadow and a brow brush with the angle brush as well works fine .. also comes with a gel like base to shape them

All I do is outline my eyebrows (sounds weird) with my taupe brown pencil, take an eyebrow brush and take a taupe eyeshadow and fill it in and make it look all combined. Then after I take my smashbox TO GO brown pencil with the long lasting gel and just go over it with the gel. Which adds depth and makes them look more filled.

I outline the eyebrow with the pencil first to make sure they are even and fill the ends. Sounds a lot more complicated than how it really is.

The new Anastasia Dip Brow is great with their dual end brush. It lasts all day and once it sets it doesn't smudge (huge plus in sweaty AZ!)
