There is one by ROC that I use that helps. It doesn't get rid of them completely, but it does help me keep from looking like I have two black eyes. You can find it at ULTA for $22.

I haven't tried this but why not try Etude House Eye Cream Vanilla Moist? It is an eye cream stick with a moisturizing, brightening and anti-wrinkle formula to promote youthful skin around the eyes.

I've been using Somme Institute Eye cream and it's amazing! I have dark circles around my eyes and have seen improvements with this eye cream. It is expensive but a lot goes a long way! I love that it comes with a pump and it lasts about 4-6 months.

Origins Ginzing is amazing for darkness, and the pot lasts forever, I swear!! It's made a massive difference to my under-eye circles, highly recommend it. Smells amazing too (:

You should def go to Sephora and tell them what you're looking for. They should be able to give you a sample of that cream and that way you'll be sure that it works before you purchase it. I had been having the same problem- I purchased one from Garnier ( t just moisturized but didnt do anything for my dark circles), then I purchased Origins Ginzing (it seemed to work while I had it on but didnt see any improvement) so I went to Sephora and they recommended the Lacome Renergie Lift Volumetry Eye and I loved it. Within one week I was able to see a HUGE difference. Then again I'm 27 and I was looking for something that did everything. Its kind of pricey but well worth it- especially since u only need a tiny bit.
