There's a thing I've noticed a lot of girls do around here and it drives me insane. They wear no liner on the top but a thick black line on the bottom. It's like they mistook the bottom lid for the top.

Other than that mismatched foundation, clumped up lashes, unblended eye shadows.

Dark lip liner and light lipstick. I don't ever remember having an issue with this but now I know someone who wears it and I hate it. It looks so trashy to me. Other than that I don't think I have any others, what people do with their face is their business and everyone likes something different :)

Over plucked eyebrows hands down. There is a girl at my work, gorgeous girl, but her eyebrows are shaped like sideways Ls. Not even exaggerating. Up and over. I can't help but stare everyday, I wouldn't be surprised if she noticed...
Also, creased eyeshadow. I have gone to lengths of buying shadow bases and primers for my friends just so I don't have to see them with creased eyeshadow..
My very best friend was actually makeup illiterate when I met her, and I guess I really rubbed off on her cause now she's all into it. I first thing we worked on was her brows. They were over plucked so taught her the correct way to groom them, and fill them in. She has black dyed hair and she was using a black pencil to fill them in. So we went and bought the correct brown pencil and shadow for her. Then we got her an eye primer. I gave her an eyeshadow brush because she was just using sponge tips, and she liked it so much she went out and bought her own eye brush set. And I also got her to use cosmetic sponges instead of fingers. The last things I'm trying to get her to do is moisturize, and stop using hairspray as a setting spray! She's 22 and I'm only 18, it's kind of weird teaching her these things, but she looks so much more put together now!

I have a million! However, in the sharpie brow defense: quite a few years back when it was "in" to have super thin brows, I over plucked mine, so now I have no choice to draw them back in. And since my hair is naturally blue-black, I use black eyebrow pencil. :-(

Back to the subject:
-spider lashes (and some women think it looks good!)
- not blended makeup (I know a girl who wears white eyeshadow on her lid and halfway across puts black-no blending, no wing, just white BAM black)
-not wearing blush of some sort, even a porcelain doll has definition)
-too pale nude lips
-caking foundation over the eyebrows and then not defining them after.

I hate when I see pre-teen girls with orange faces but not only that I saw a girl a few months ago sporting an orange dewy glow with visible lines all around her face! It was like she was wearing a mask! Ergh! I also hate girls who pencil in their brows too harshly and they look uneven and really unnatural. Saw a girl working in a shop who made that mistake, never I have I wanted to lick my thumb and rub it off so badly!

Not enough blush with a full face of makeup. If you're going to wear a full face of makeup, you will look washed our if you skip the blush or use the wrong shade for your skin/lips and eye colours. I also don't like when people due their hair shades that don't match their skin tone. I know that's not really make up but it definitely bugs me. Lol

Ah okay gotcha. I kept seeing that term and I kept wondering what it was haha. :) I definitely hate when a winged eyeliner is extremely thick and doesn't flow with their eye shape! :3

It makes me cringe when I see women with these dramatic false eyelashes with very little if any makeup on. It looks so horrible and tacky..
