I have looked everywhere for this palette and everyone seems to be sold out. Do you think the palettes on ebay are legit?

No idea but be wary on the palettes though Sephora and Ulta, even on the UD website.
The reason is this.... They increased the price from $44 to $48 to justify adding a brush to the palette instead of adding pencils HOWEVER many people, when ordering online from one of those three sites, are still getting the old palette with the pencils. Basically they paid an additional $4 for the SAME palette instead of the "new" one with the brush. I was lucky, I was able to the order the old palette under the old price.
At my local Sephora they got some of the NAKED palettes in stock BUT it's the old palette under the new price. HUGE rip off in my opinion.

i cant find this palette anywhere so im thinking about just buying all the permanent colors in the palette and depotting them and making my own palette

It will probably cost you more that way, Andrea. Here's the list of colors in the Naked palette.
12 Shadows - Virgin (nude satin), Sin (champagne shimmer), Naked (buff matte), Sidecar (beige sparkle), Buck (brown matte), Half Baked (bronze), Smog (golden brown shimmer), Darkhorse (bronze-plum shimmer), Toasted (taupe-bronze), Hustle (mocha shimmer), Creep (near-black metallic), Gunmetal (dark grey metallic).

They should become easier to get as time goes on. They're making more of them now because of the pencil/brush switch. I wouldn't go to extreme measures to get one. I like it, but if I had to wait longer, I would've. It's worth the wait and the price.

ok i want it but i'm like in no rush to get it. i'm gonna keep trying sephora.com and the ud website looking for it at ulta and sephora in my area is a lost cause.

If you do end up ordering online and if it comes with the pencils instead of the brush SEND IT back or COMPLAIN. The reason the price went from $44 to $48 was to justify the change from the pencil to the brush. Many people are paying the extra $4 for the old version and expected the new one with the brush.

wow I can't believe that they would do that. It's definitely a rip off. I got mine from Sephora under the old price and old set when it first came out. I'd be super upset if I had to pay more, especially since so many of us are waiting so long to get it.

I think that this palette is awesome for the price of $44. And I applaud the people who were able to get it with that two ended eyeliner. I think $48 is too much and you still don't get the eyepencil.

I wish I had the chance to get my hands on this palette when it came with the eyeliner instead =/ Just ordered mines earlier this morning and totally looking forward to using it. Even though the price went up 4 dollars I'd rather still own this then not. Does that make sense? Lol
