Blogging advice needed!

So I have a blog at blogspot and want to be able to have sub-webpages with categories on it.. is this possible or do I have to pay? Any suggestions on how to make my sight easier to navigate? I currently have a long list on the right hand side with a bunch of tags but I'd rather just have categories on the side so that it links to a page that has all the tags for that category. I hate having so much STUFF on my page! Help please!

You can create 10 stand-alone pages but if you want to create sections for those pages then no you can't. Blogger is meant to blog not be a full out website. If you want a website then try Google's Sites and see if that works better for you.
