Underrated Makeup Brands?

I think every brand has their duds here and there, but Milani baked blushes are the best on the market in my opinion, Wet n' Wild has some amazingly pigmented shadows for how cheap they are(they just need to make more matte shades), and Avon lipsticks and glosses blow more expensive brands out of the water.

I think sleek and MUA are 2 very under-rated brands... They both do nice eye shadows...

And there's this really great brand Catrice (sister brand of essence) and they hve really amazing products. I do think they're only available in Europe though. I'm not exactly sure...

I am not a fan of Hard Candy because they're such a hot mess in-store and it's hit or miss with their products half the time. I prefer lines that are consistently good.

I really think that Palladio and Essence deserve more love and I wish we could get SLEEK to cross the Atlantic, although I hear you can purchase them online. I also really want to try some Bourjois but they're not sold in the US so I'm stuck on that one =/

TIGI Their eyeshadows are to die for. The only place besides online I found them is in Cosmo Proof (professional) the colors are beautiful. Very pigmented. Blend beautifully I even used them on my face charts and the results were really impressive. Check them out. I got a beautiful 6 color pallet for $40.

Essense. It's a European brand with little hype and ridiculously cheap makeup. Only downfall is it often won't have a wide range of foundation colours. They do however have amazing retro style makeup and an abundance of eye shadows, lipsticks and bail polishes which I love! Their primer is also fantastic.

What about E.L.F? I have just about everything they make plus the price is like $2 and $3 for makeup that would be way more than that. Their makeup remover towelettes are the best. I've purchased this makeup at Target and Walgreens.
