My favorite eyeliner is Kat Von D's tattoo liner in trooper. I looooove how it dries, for me I don't find that it dries shiney. I hate that. in the past 6 months I've really become a fan of using liquid liner, before that I stuck to gel or pencil really.. and I didn't realize how annoying liquid liner was to me until i took some pictures of my makeup one day and was like "dude..." lol. And I don't find that this does that for me. It's not like 100% matte, but it doesn't look like reflective on me anyway, because sometimes i find that the more a liquid liner dries shiney, it tends to... i don't want to say flake off, but something like that seems to happen, or it looks like you could peel it off, you know? no issues like that with this for me.

I tried a lot of drug store brands and to be honest my favorite is l.a colors I found at the dollar store. I have a whole drawer of liners and thats the one I always go back too. It's 1.50 and you can't go wrong with that! Never smears and stays on all day until I Remove it after work.
