mariah carey has really nice smells, they are affordable and you find them on walgreens, I'm not sure about other drugstores, but I got my friend's Bday present there...
she liked it a lot :)

If you go to Marshalls or TJ Max they have a perfume selection and you can find anything from Juicy Couture to Escada and Vera Wang for around $20-$30 dollars. Since you can't testl them in store, I would look up the notes some reviews or smell the fragrance at Sephora then purchase it there,

The Playboy "play it lovely" perfume smells AMAZING and its under 20 dollars! i got it at my local CVS. they also had the play it spicy, but they dont sell that online on the playboy store anymore.

I think it ranges from $20 to $30 dollars( I don't remember how many OZ. there is, but mariah carey has really nice smells) the one I bought my friend had a sweet fruity smell.

I really like the Britney Spears perfume Believe..its more of stronger
"manlier" scent but it lasts all day. And depending where you buy it,
the price ranges from $20 to $40. I bought mine around Christmas time
for $20 at sam's club.
idk if you can still get it there.

Sensual Amber Perfume, it's 30 dollars.. and it smells absolutely amazing! I use it everyday... I pick it over all of my other perfumes. It's at Bath & Body Works.
