Eyes or Foundation First?

Well.... I don't wear foundation, but I do my eyes before anything else (powder, blusher...) so I can clean up any fall out from my shadow.

I almost always do eyes first because I prefer to let my skin care and/or primer have time to set up before I put another layer down. Time is usually a factor, so I may as well be doing something else while waiting on skin.

I tend to wear a lot of makeup on my eyes, and I find while packing shadows on I get a lot of fallout. So I like to do my eyes first, clean up the fallout then do the rest of my face makeup :)

I find if i do my eyes first, then i dont like the way it looks until i get my foundation and everything else on.. lol So i always do foundation first.

depends, if I go for dark colors or loose eyeshadow, glitter or that kinda stuff I'll do foundation last, if is soft or I'm sure that the eyeshadow won't get all over then I'll do eyes first :)
BTW if you have problems with eyeshadow falling you can apply loose powder to catch any fall out and blow it away <3

I agree with Julie I like to do my eyes first... foundation last....this way any fall out that I have from the eyeshadow doesn't ruin my foundation, I can just clean it up with makeup wipes or a bit of concealer. It really helps me to achieve a flawless look!

But if I doing a friend's make-up I do eyes first. Idk I'm weird like that. ;)

There is no right or wrong answer. It's whatever works best for you. I've tried every method over the years. I tend to apply eyes first, except for mascara. This way, I don't have to waste time fixing foundation from fall-out. I then apply the face. The last thing I apply is mascara. This way, no powder or blush gets all over the lashes.

Tinted moisturizer, concealer, and then eyemakeup.

If something has a bunch of fallout, that's what a tissue is for. I'll hold it up where it needs to be while doing the eyeshadow.

On me, foundation first because I'm not as anal about fallout. But on clients or on a job, definitely eyes first. It is a proven fact that fallout is worse when you're being paid for a flawless finish.
