So the products in my Birchbox are up on the website (l should be getting it today). Looks like I got BB1...I'm actually pretty pleased with it. For once I didn't get a useless perfume sample lol. And I should be getting that BaubleBar bracelet too for getting points or whatever.
According to the photo on the BB site (if thats accurate), I got the Zoya polish in "Noel". I have a color that's sort of similar to that already , so if anyone else got one of the other colors and wants to trade for Noel, let me know =)

I keep getting disappointed but then hope that the next one will be better. Its like a vicious cycle because I have such high hopes for Birchbox. Decembers box will determine if I keep it as well.

Yay!!! It's a winner for me! My box included Atelier Cologne Vanilla Insensee (which smells very nice!), Borghese fango active mud, LaROCCA skincare champagne and shimmer supreme creme (it has gold in it!), Zoya polish in Izzy (a very pretty bright pink metallic color), I was supposed to have Two Paper Dolls coaster however they were mysteriously missing. The real surprise? Somehow even though I had nowhere near enough points, was a black pouch from Bauble Bar with a pretty beaded bracelet! Yay! Adjusting my beauty personality answers on the BB site worked! Hopefully next month will be a hit too :)

I decided against signing up for Birchbox based on all the blog posts I've read about them. From what I can see, it seems like every three months you get something really amazing and then the next 3 months are really iffy.

I found out today that if you remain with Birchbox (and make sure you do your reviews for your pts) that you get a 20% off coupon. I was told at nine months and 1 year you get more. Use the % with your stacked pts (100 = $10, 200 = $20, etc) and it means FREE stuff. I ended up using my 500 pts on the Birchbox Man LE box for my hubby simply because the Skull Candy ear buds are almost $70.

I received a 20% off coupon. I have to say, I'm a kind of disappointed in the Birchbox Man LE box. I feel like a limited edition box should include lesser known products. My husband already uses or has tried everything in that box. Hopefully the actual subscription service will be great!

@Nickie That's awesome that doing that worked! Mine was ok. I think my biggest complaint is the size of the samples I received. They were as small as the samples you get for free if you ask or with purchase :( I hope December wows me, otherwise adios Birchbox!

I actually like my Birchboxes. I had to keep reminding myself to keep an open mind and not to expect NARS in every box! A lot of these brands are some that I would never try because I had no idea about them! After trying out a lot of my products I realized I actually do love them! I stopped my Birchbox last month. I recently switched to go go girlfriend. I have a pic of my first box on my profile and I was really impressed. I am just waiting for my second box to ship. Once I receive it I will post pics :D
