There are soo many brands that are selling Argan Oil. Which one is your favorite?
I am trying to decide is the label really matters... I know Argan Oil adds moisture and shine to your hair but are there other ingredients that are bad that I should be looking out for?

Oh, Kerastase is amazing. Moroccan Oil brand is fantastic too. Keep in mind, the less expensive the product is, the less the amount of argan oil in it & the quality quickly goes downhill. Also, drugstore lines that claim to use argan oil often don't-buy it from a salon or a licensed store, not a grocery store-the products are often expired, counterfeit or stolen, & usually are MORE expensive than going to a salon/licensed store.

I'm using the proclaim one (at Sally's) and honestly, I haven't noticed much. I'm not a hair expert,l actually I know very little, but it doesn't do much for me. I can tell that it's a really good heat protectant, and I love the way it smells, but I don't think it does much as far as conditioning.

Some work better then others... so try a few. My all time absolute fav is the MoroccanOil. to my hair, it's like hair crack. nothing has ever worked as well on my hair as that does. BUT it's expensive. SO i've been settling, but its just not the same. Right now i have the GOT2B oil-licious styling oil, and so far it's the closest that i've found. i tried a few others, including one from sallys that i hated, and a few from the shelves at walgreens, all of which just didn't work like my hair crack... but i love it. works wonders on your hair.

one n only is one of the best products. it's been great so far. i've been using it for a little over 3 months. i always get compliments on my hair when i use it. and its really cheap at Sally's

I use Josie Maran oil in place of the typical eye cream during the winter. Does a great job at sinking into the skin as opposed to sitting on top looking like a greasy mess. Most health food stores, like Whole Foods carry other natural oils.
