It's not a bad sale, not a fantastic sale but not a sale fail like Urban Decay.

Many items are listed on the LORAC discontinued page (aka VIP page) but several items are not like the foundation (listed on LORAC for $38, on sale for $10 at Hautelook) and the three collections (with clutches) are not on LORAC's site at all. A few items are exactly the same price as on LORAC while a few are a dollar or two less than LORAC's VIP page.

So if you like LORAC then it's a good item to stock up on some of the discontinued items.
