I bought this and now a waiting for it to be delivered! ;) I am so excited to use it! Tell me the goods and the bads of other likes and dislikes about this palette :)

Pros: great for beginners lacking neutrals, all-in-one palette for those on the go, nice satin and frost finishes, a good range of colors to start any collection, comes with a sample size of UDPP. Virgin is a gorgeous highlight color.

Cons: lacking in mattes, some colors are a bit too similar to others already included in palette, brush is near useless for powder shadows [I use it for paint pots and cream shadows], flocking on the packaging collects dust and shadow on it like there is no tomorrow [cleaning it with a piece of tape is easy, but a pain when it gets dirty so easily], I don't think refills are sold for NAKED palette, so once you hit pan on some... the packaging becomes a pain when you only have a few shadows left in it.

It is a great palette for many, but for someone that has a good collection of neutrals, I realize I'm not a fan of pre-set palettes because I want more control with the color/texture/finish selections available to me. You may really like it though! Hope it helps!

You will LOVE this palette! I have a ton of eye shadows, but find myself grabbing for my Naked palette 99% of the time. It is so versatile. You will be able to do a simple daytime look with these shadows, and then be able to turn around and use it for a dramatic eye as well. The pigmentation is amazing and blends perfectly. The only down-side I have found is that the glittery shadows have quite a bit of fallout, which really can be expected of any glittery shadow. Other than that, there's nothing bad I can say. This palette is by far my favorite!

Good - It makes creating a variety of looks very easy, from barely there natural, to polished neutral to deep and dramatic. Mine came with the liner and I love using both as bases for a smoked out look. It's great value within the brand, you can certainly find cheaper neutral palettes - but the quality of these shadows is impressive.

Bad - Two matte shades isn't enough for me.

I would have to agree with what everyone is saying here, like don't get me wrong but I LOVE the palette but I just wish there were more matte color in there. But overall I love it!! :)

Sin, Gunmetal, and Half Baked are permanent shades, so if you hit pan on any of those, you can buy a regular, round replacement.

The lack of mattes is a con, I'll admit (and I'm someone who loves this palette), but I think that's easily remedied by creating a "Naked" matte palette of your own, if you want. Or you can buy Sleek's Au Naturel palette (LE) to complement it; most of the shades in that are mattes, and it's all neutral shades.

The other con is Sidecar. It's a gorgeous colour, but... hello, fallout!

@Shelly, I agree with you about Sidecar. It's glitter galore and I don't know how to stray away from the fallout every time I use it!

I love this pallette too. When I'm running behind I know I can throw together an awesome look from the Naked pallette.

I had a hard time coughing up the money for the palette, so I wasted a lot of "nude" palettes and/or shadows (drug store and a tiny palette from VS). But when I did finally buy it, I was like HALLEHLUJAH! None of the other shadows/palettes I bought even compared.

I like "matte" shadows the most, and I will say this palette should have more... but it's not really a CON for me. The other types gives me something to work with...

But yes, the pros on this palette far out weighs the cons (which is pretty much none in my book).

This is defiinitely my go-to palette, it's versatile as I can go for a natural makeup look for college or a dramatic smokey eye when i'm heading out =] However I definitely agree with the others in saying that I wish they had more matte shades in there, and the fallout from Sidecar can be awful (which is such a shame because its gorgeous!). I'm also a tad worried about when i'll run out of some of the shades, i've already hit pan on Naked and so it looks like i'll have to look for a dupe to replace it when I do.. =[ I think you'll love this palette though, I certainly think its worth the money you pay for it anyways =]

Thanx Lovelies :) I am still damn excited to use it. But I have heard that the Naked Palette has a little sister that carries matte colors. ^_^

I also been waiting for a long time for this palette, when I had the money it will usuall be sold out at the store. I finally took advantage of the Friends and family discount and got mine the other day. I love it

I just got mine during the recent Ulta promotion and I love it. Yes, I wish there were more mattes, but overall the shades are wonderful and I'm even delving into the deep, darks when I never thought I would. My next project will be to create my own Naked Matte collection, but that's a while down the road. I've also noticed that there are quite a few Naked makeup tutorials online - just do a YouTube search on those terms and you'll get a wide selection. :)

I got it Monday and wore it yesterday and today - I love it so much! Beyond worth it!

I literally just got mine two days ago and I am in love. Obviously I haven't had much chance to use it but I'm very happy I spent the money. In my opinion, Kandee Johnson does some great YT videos on how to use the palette. I have been using Virgin as a hilighter on my brow bone, Naked for my lids and Buck for the creases. I hope I got the colors right lol but I think it makes for a basic (yet pretty) day time look.

I am OBSESSED with the palette! I got it over the summer, and i'm more of a neutrals girl, so I use this palette just about everyday with the few exceptions... It has everything I was looking for... If you're all about the neutrals, this is definitely calling your name, and yes its expensive, but totally worth the price and EXTREMELY pigmented.
