All these sales are killing me, anyone else?

So I keep getting emails from Sephora, ULTA, UD about their Friends and Family sales. While I love that they're doing this for fans- must they all do it all at the same time? I can't afford everything I want!

Haha, just thought I'd share my rant/whine over this fact and see if anyone else is as torn as I am about this.

I really want to splurge and take advantage of these deals, but... I can only afford so much. Is it as annoying to you guys as it is to me that they all have their sales in the same weekend?

I think if they did them maybe two weeks apart they would sell more because we have more to spend here and there, or is that just me?

I'd love to hear your thoughts guys =)

Oh my gosh I've purchased from a few, but I can't get everything I want and I swear every day there's new sales! It's nuts!!! I guess if you have people you can buy for, for the holidays in these sales it's good, but with Black Friday around the corner I'm trying so hard to hold out!

Half of me is always like UGGH, but then I realize when I get to the websites, there's nothing I really want. Heck, when FF for Sephora happened, I only really wanted one thing at the end. Now I can only think of wanting a Kat Von D palette, but I'm waiting for the 15$ off 35$ thing Sephora will do in about a month. Although I could probably go for ordering another tinted moisturizer from Urban Decay... only 6$.

I cannot help but agree! I only hit up the Urban Decay sale though. Being my favourite brand I was able to get more bang for my money with that sale.

I wanted to hit up the Sephora sale but everything I wanted to get was out of stock :"(

Freddie: Have you tried any of the Kat Von D shadows before? Her liners and lipsticks I really appreciate but I was so let down by the shadows. They weren't hardly pigmented at all for my taste. Just wondered. I thought it might just be me and my roommate that were dissapointed.

Well at least it's not just me getting bummed out by the sales. I do have some extra cash to spend right now, but my boyfriend is going to kill me if he sees tons of packages arriving in the mail =/

I did have to buy the NARS blush palette in person though, because they were totally out of stock on the Sephora FF and for the price it was a good deal. My fella was annoyed until he saw the price of just one blush and then he was all for it. Lol.

Anything in particular on your wish lists? I find myself sort of underwhelmed also by the selection this year. The only thing I might give in and buy is the 15yr anniversary palette by UD, but even their new Book of Shadows isn't that impressive.
