I used the MUFE HD in 153, anyone know what shade I could use in MUFE Duo Mat Powder? and MAC Mineralized Skinfinish Natural? Thank you so much for the help :)

I use 153 in HD as well.
For Duo Mat, I'd look at 207 or 209.. maybe even 205, but I found it too light.
For MSFN.. probably Medium Dark or Medium Deep. Medium Deep matches my skin better, but it oxidizes like crazy on my oily skin. Medium Dark is a bit light in photos right after I apply, but it oxidizes too.. but more in line with my proper shade. If you're going to a store for it, chat to the MA about it.. they should be able to direct you.

Oh thank you! :) i used to use duo mat, but totally forgot what shade i was in >___<. in your honest opinion which of the two is better? (in keeping face matte but not looking cakey) :) thanks again!

I definitely prefer the Duo Mat over the Mineralize Skin Finish.
I feel like Studio Fix (powder) is the best equivalent to Duo Mat though. Between those two, I don't really have a preference. Just as long as you can find a shade that works.
Glad to help & good luck. :]
