Hey guys and girls! I was wondering what you guys do to relieve a stressfull day, or constant stress. Im always stressed out which as you know isnt good for the body! so let me know what you guys do, i would love some inspiration :)

Whenever I'm stressed [and I get stressed easily] if I can I take a 20 minute nap or just go to sleep early. Another thing that works well is take an aroma therapy bath. I find that rest is the best thing though. It erases a lot of negative feelings and thoughts you have or makes them easier to deal with.

I agree with everyone here, when I am stressed out, a good long bubble bath is the way to go! Just eases your mind for a while and soon afterwards, you will be relaxed!

Channel that energy into something that will better yourself! Working out and then implementing some yoga into your cool-down is my favorite way to let off some steam. You don't even have to know yoga, you can just take the time to give yourself a few good stretches and concentrate on your breathing. =)
