Summer is here!!! Hot and humid weather always seems to mess up ur makeup look :( BigBummer!!!!! So Whats your makeup melting sweat proof trick?????

The Boots Oil Control Lotion. Wore this during 4th of July, I was out from for HOURS on end & NEVER re-touched my makeup. Granted, I did blot, but my make up was still in tact. No oxidation, no melting, It was a miracle!!
Plus, I used the Revlon Active foundation. Amazing waterproof foundation. :D
I don't even use a primer over the lotion, it's amazing alone. I'm in loveee. hahah

For me is using tinted moisturizer instead of foundation then setting it with MAC Mineralized Skinfinish Natural and then I would mist my face with Evian's Mineral Water Spray :)

I have 2. Number one, I always use waterproof mascara because if I don't, it ends up underneath my eyes. My 2nd one is primer. I always use primer, even if I'm just wear a bit of concealer. It makes sure that none of my face makeup goes ANYWHERE!

@ Mandy K - I have the oiliest skin in the world & live in Los Angeles - which means hot weather ALL the time! & this has kept my make up looking FLAWLESS all day. Nothing has made my makeup look better for this long. I SWEAR by this stuff. So YES GET IT! hahaha

I have extremely oily skin, and my primer (NARS Pro-Prime Pore Refining Primer), powder (Hard Candy Welcome Matte), and make-up setting spray (Skindinavia No More Shine Setting Spray) are my secret weapons for keeping my make-up on all day. I also use a longwearing foundation (MAC Pro Longwear SPF 10). I made a video of my foundation routine where I use all the products and it would be awesome if you could check it out. Maybe you'll pick up a trick or two :)

Revlon color stay foundation
Dampen a beauty blender sponge with some Mac fix + or water and it applys amazing and lasts all day without drying or melting off :p I swear by that combo if im going out or to a music festival! Its great for brides too!

If I'm going to be outside, I make sure to press my foundation in with the palms of my hands. The warmth helps whatever you're using "melt" into your skin and helps prevent you from applying more than you need.

If I'm wearing foundation in the summer, I always use a primer and always set it with a powder puff and a matte powder. Those two things usually do it for me.

Definitely use waterproof makeup, and if you don't want to do that, use a setting spray!
A great one is Model in a Bottle, or any of the setting sprays by Urban Decay, for a mattifying look use "All Nighter" or "De-Slick".

tinted moisturizer (or if you prefer to still use foundation go with oil-free either way), Skindinavia Make up setting spray, blush tints instead of a powder or cream, waterproof mascara. And less product in the summer for sure. :)

I usually just use my MAC MSF with concealer where needed only and set it with MAC Fix +. If I have to wear foundation, I use the Revlon ColorStay and it works amazing! My skin is oily in the summer, so I get the oily/combo foundation and it doesn't get cakey and stays put all day. I also use my Inglot Primer or my MAC one.
