Hmmm.....that's a good one! I own both and love both and find that they are both similar. Of course the 88 palette has more colors to choose from and it costs less.
Some may say that the quality of the shadows is another thing to consider. Yes, the quality of the Naked Palette is better, but honestly, I've never had any issues with the 88 palette. With a good primer and/or base, the colors look great, are pretty pigmented and stay on all day.
The one thing I will say though is that the Naked Palette is nice for traveling! I know I personally like to have a nice compact palette that I can just throw in my purse and take with me whenever I travel.
I guess if I had to choose one, I'd choose the Neutral 88 palette.

I have to agree with Jackee! I have both palettes but I love my naked palette. I didn't get mine when it first came out because I felt like it was just a bunch of neutral colors but now that I have it I love it. If you can I would for sure get both. Cs have sales every week so you can always pick their neutral palette up at little cost. I believe they have a sale on them this week for $12 or $13.

I've never used the 88 Neutral Palette, but I own the Naked Palette; it's great. That said, many of the shades are shimmery, and a few of them have a bit of glitter that may lead to fallout (ahem, Sidecar!).
There's a third option you may want to consider: NYX's Nude on Nude palette. Not only does it come with loads of neutral colours (20 altogether); there are also 10 lipsticks. (I've not used this; check out any reviews you can find.) Price-wise, it's $25 USD -- more than the 88 Neutral, less than UD Naked.

Heya I have the 88 neutral/warm palette and I just dont get the hype. I really want the naked because I'm sure that even though there arent that many colours on there, its quality would exceed the 88 palette. I dont know, I just dont care for the 88 warm palette. I prefer the 88 metal mania palette SO MUCH more.. I love that palette. I too want the naked palette... but Idk running low on funds :(

haha i think it all depends on how many colors and all that! i have the naked palette and its great even tho it doesnt have 88 colors. i think it has more of the color individually thought and its smaller so i think it would be better for travel. but it you just wanted like a boatload of neutrals to see which like colors are best for u then maybe the 88 palette because its a better price!
