There are lots of videos on YouTube but suffice it to say you need a pressing medium and you can't make it too wet or it becomes a mess.
What have you done that's not working?

I only know one way of doing this.. I hope this makes sense because I'm explaining it and not showing you in person, but here is the best way I can describe it...
First, take the pigment of your choice and mix it with rubbing alcohol. However, add the rubbing alcohol to it, I wouldn't add it to the alcohol.
Make it like a paste consistency.. don't make it too watery or it will take a long time to dry. So put it in to your metal dish and set aside to dry for like an hour or so... or until it feels like a powdery/shadow consistency.
I just typed you through step by step, but like Yasmin said, someone should have a video on Youtube about it.
